Do you offer door-through-door assistance?
Yes. Our drivers provide full door-through-door support, assisting clients from their home, into the vehicle, and safely to their appointment and back.
Are your drivers medically trained and certified?
All drivers are CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, background-checked, and trained in defensive driving and EMT-level safety practices.
How far in advance should I schedule a ride?
We recommend scheduling 24 hours in advance. However, same-day trips may be available depending on route openings.
Do you serve all of Ventura County?
Yes. We serve Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding communities throughout Ventura County.
Can a caregiver or family member ride along?
Yes. One companion may ride at no additional cost to provide comfort and support.
